General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM. Thanks for the query.
Marihuana is not justified as analgesia method so from out point you should not take it especially not so early after surgery. it may have very bad effect on your digestion and may interact with anasthetics that were given during surgery. So if you need more analgesia consult your doctors about it and take some of the regular painkillers
WIsh you good health. Regards
