Hi,

More than anything having a clean and healthy diet along with exercise is the most important thing. I understand that dieting and exercising isn’t an easy thing to do but I believe that is the safest option out there. Going on aggressive diets isn't a good option either as our body needs carbs, protein and healthy fats.

Therefore, I'd suggest you to increase your intake of cruciferous vegetables and avoid sugar completely. Simply cutting down on sugar will decrease unnecessary cravings. Towards the end id like to say that everything takes time, as the weight gain process isn't an overnight thing, just like that weight loss takes time as well. So patient and persistence will take you a very long way.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
