Can I Just Stop Taking Candesartan?

I have been put on Candesartan for my migraines. I know dizzyness, headaches are a side effect along with stomach upset. I am also feeling a bit anxious. Should I stop taking this till I can talk to my doctor on Monday?I have been on it a week. 4 mg
