Can I Continue Pregnancy While Scar After Tummy Tuck Is Still Healing?

I just found out I am pregnant. I had a botched tummy tuck that the incision busted open 8" in length and 3 inches deep right over my left ovary. The scar is horrendous and I'm on several pain medications. Would I be able to carry fully term with the scar tissue being so deep. I have a picture if you would like to email me for better detail.
