OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

If you had your periods on the due date then you can't be pregnant, maybe it was an early pregnancy failure so you experienced the symptoms mentioned in your question, Sometimes these symptoms can also be experienced before periods. I suggest you go for a USG pelvis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
