General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear SK Sinhaji,Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concern.
You seem to be taking the listed medications for the rheumatoid arthritis which is the initial standard treatment. Since you do not get much relief from Folitrax, you can take HCQ (Hydroxychloroquine) to supplement the anti-inflammatory effect while on Folitrax. Wysolone (Prednisolone) which is a steroid should be taken during acute flare up of the disease or you have severe painful joint swelling but to be taken only for short duration (a couple of months). Folvite can be taken as it is useful in preventing the side effects of Folitrax. You can take a proton pump inhibitor to prevent the acidity related stomach problems.
Hope this helps,
