Can Flagyl Intake Cause Chest Tightness While Taking A Deep Breath?
My doctor gave me a shot of Celestone for diverticulitis. I have chest tightness when I take a deep breath. I told her about it but she didn t seem concerned. Is this something that I should worry about or will it going away ? Also is it possible that Flagyl could cause this? Thank you for your help. I had the shot about 30 hours ago.

Flagyl is Metronidazole and it will not cause chest discomfort as a side effect. It may be gastritis or related problems. You can consult a physician in case of recurrent symptoms. As of now take antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.
