Can Covancaine Be Used For Watery Painful Eyes?

My eyes are very watery and is starting to swell up quite a bit. I also have pain in my eye sockets. I can bearly touch my eyes. When I close my eyes the pain become terrible. I did took same anthistimines. Can I use Covancaine ear drops in my eye. Just to get me through the night. Hope you can assist. Regards RIEN

it is epiphora. there is blockage of tear drainage punctum and syringing is to be done with radiopaque dye blockage can be detected with x-ray. then dacrocysto rhinostomy is to be done no ear drop is to be applied in eye ofloxacin .3% eye drop can be applied. you will improve with the procedure
