Can Cipro Be Taken For Abdominal Bloating And Stomach Rumbles?

I ve had a lot of stomach (lower intestinal noises) issues x 2 weeks. I ve been resorting to eating(drinking) broths. Ive been fearing eating the last 3 days I do have cipro on hand.should I try some? And yes I do work in the medical field and should probably get a ct scan. I ate sushi recently which I eat 1-4 times/mo. Ive just been questioning myself.

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Drink plenty of water or other clear fluids to help reduce abdominal bloating
-Avoid pain medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications
-eat a diet high in fiber
-do physical activity for at least 30 minutes, five times a week.
