Can Carvedilol Be Taken To Control The Rapid Pulse Rate?

I am taking carvedilol 12.5mg twice daily for rapid heart rate and also take a lisinopril 10 mg once a day im a 50 year old female and diabetic I feel like im going to pass out my neighbor took blood pressure it was 155 over 95 and my pulse was 101 had been laying on sofa trying to feel better had checked blood sugar it was 98 can I take a half of a carvedilol to get pulse down

I read your query and I understand your concern.

Carvedilol is used to slow down heart rate and at that value I think and extra half tablet can be safely added. However if persistent I think that you should be checked by a doctor and have an EKG for your type of abnormal rhythm because further intervention might be needed to control it.
