General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for choosing HCM for your query.
Carvedilol 6.25 mg is used in the treatment of high BP or other heart conditions.
The common side effects seen with the use of Carvedilol are:

Slower heart rate, cold and clammy hands and feet, weakness and fatigue, impotency, difficulty in breathing (more in patients with airway disease).

The problem of having blisters or rash over the glans penis and frequent urination are not associated with the use of Carvedilol.

It could be due to either herpes infection or uretheritis.
Get his urine examination done to rule out urine infection.
Best regards.
