Can Benadryl, Cetirizine, Pseudoephedrine And Melatonin Be Taken Together?

My friends therapist told them to mix the drugs 2 benedrills, 3 citrizenes, 2 sudo-effedren, 3 melatonins, and two aderols. She is allergic to sudo-effedren. What would happen if she did do this. The therapist said it would help her sleep and not to tell anyone she recommended that.So I was a little suspicious.
