Can Atenolol, Amlodipine And Lotensin Be Taken Together?
Hi, I am 77 go for blood work (which is good) see the doc every 3 months,take blood pressure meds bp is well controled . I also have sinus problems.On foggy rainy days my arms, upper legs are wobbly my head also feel loopy .On clear days I sometime have the loopy head but everything clears up after lunch.Also very tired. I was told it was the bp meds Atenolol 25mg,amlodipine 5mg,lotensin 20/12.5 twice a day. Am I taking to much meds?

You are taking three different group of drug
Atenelol act as antihypertensive as well as cardioprotective..
Lotensin is ACE inhibitor drug that is helpful in decreasing blood pressure as well as Reno protective
In rainy season by cold allergy you can have temporary headache
If more troublesome than further work up will be planned
In follow up consultation to your doctor you can discuss all these
