Calcium deficiency 8.4 minimum, remylin d 1000mg

Hello. I am 25 years old mydoctor asked me to take Remylin D 1000 once a day. I have little Calcium def it is 8.4 minimum is 8.5. I cant stand friction sounds, cant even think about it. What should i do?

I would suggest you to take calcium and vitamin D combination. YOur calcium should be at least 1 gram daily. Also continue Remylin. Take one hour sun bath as it will help in making your bone stronger. Use food items like egg, fish and meat, and milk, curd in diet.
