CT Scan Shows: Bilateral Maxillary, Frontal Ethmodial, Sphenoid Sinuses. Do I Need A Surgery?

BILATERAL MAXILLARY, FRONTAL ETHMODIAL AND LEFT SPHENOID SINUSES, MORE SO AND POLYPOIDAL IN RIGHT MAXILLARY AND BILATERAL ETHMOIDAL SINUSES.
BILATERAL INFERIOR TURBINATE HYPERTROPHY WITH SMALL COMPLICATED CONCHA BULLOSA ON RIGHT

This is the problem, above thing is from CT SCAN report, please suggest me do I need surgery or not.

hi.. thanks for using HCM..
you have chronic sinusitis and polyps.. allergic sinusitis..
and you have undergone investigation for this..
you may need polypectomy for the polyps and FESS for the other sinuses which is done using endoscope..
