dear sir this is anand ,In a ct scan it has been found soft tissue density nodules some of them centrilobular in distribution in both upper lobes and apicalsegment of right lower lobe with evidence of early cavitation in 1-2 nodules with subcentimeter mediastinal nodes possibility of infective etilogy like koch's most likely?

some doctor suggested brochoscopy test but one doctor it is tb and started treatment take the doses for three to four weeks and i stared taking Forecox kit ....it is right ?

Thanks for your question. TB treatment can be started empirically in light of clinical picture and relevant investigations. As you have already started treatment, continue it and if you or your doctor do not find improvement in 2-3 weeks, challenge the diagnosis and consider other investigations including sputum exam, repeat scan and bronchoscopy. Take care.
