Bumps On Vaginal Lips. Swollen Groin Lymph Node. Taken Epsom Salt Bath. What Can It Be?

I have sore like bumps on my lips down there and I have taken a Epsom salt bath tonight I wanted to know what could this be and the cause and is it ok to put polysporin down there? Another thing my groin lymph node is swallon on my right side and the right side on me down there is swallon to and it hurts ! What can there be ?

You have a vaginal infection with the swelling of the lymph nodes. The epsom salt bath can help in symptomatic relief for some time but a complete treatment needs proper oral antibiotics. Do get these prescribed form you gynecologist.
