thanks for trusting healthcare magic.From what you have mentioned, if its over the vaginal lip, probably its a bartholins cyst, due to blockage of the gland.Else they could be warts or even other type of cyts.I would suggest you better check with a gynaec, because as long as one doesnt see, very difficult to say what exactly it could be. Better not delay.
