Bumps In Vagina, Itchy, Fever. Applied Cream. What Could Be This?

Dear Doctor,
Im a 15 year old and I've never had intercourse. But since yesterday, I've noticed bumps that are like mosquito bites in my vagina and its itchy. I also had fever (i dont know why, i have been very tired and had lack of sleep so that may be why i experienced fever or maybe its because of the vaginal discomfort). I put on some cream and for a few seconds, i experienced burning sensation but it was fine later and the discomfort and itching stopped. But the bumps have still not gone, though i think they are smaller today. What is going on?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The itchy rash may be as a result of a reaction to a chemical or agent. This may include soaps, creams, detergent, anything that may have come into contact with that area.

Fever can occur as a result of any infectious or inflammatory condition and it is possible that the vaginal inflammation induced this response.

If the cream you use is effective , you may want to continue using it for the suggested amount of time till the rash resolves.

I hope this helps
