Bump In Between Earlobe And Neck, Refilling Pus, Earlobe Red, Swollen. Advise?

Good morning. When I woke up this morning, I noticed that in the spot where my earlobe meets my jaw/neck that there is a round bump. My earlobe is red and very swollen and for lack of a better or more appropriate phrase, I was "popping" this bump and some sort of pus or fluid came out. It was larger before I did that, but only seems to refill in a way.... Advice?

Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

According to your clinical symptoms i suspect that you have developed local abscess in the area. I would suggest you to start with a antibiotic course TDS for 5 days along with local dressing and cleaning of the area regularly.
Please donot squeeze or tamper with the area.

Take care!
