Bruises,on Nose,on Head.Treatment?

Hello, my son has fell alot lately...He is two and getting very brave..He fell at school and scraped his nose, fell and hit middle of forehead on corner of table--left a green n purple bruise and he fell off the bed in his sleep and has a green purple bruise on the right side of his head. I just went and picked him up from school and he has like blood clot stuff in his nose..now that he is home it is running snot and red blood.... could he have damaged somehting

thanks for your query at HCM
children will have very rich blood supply in tip of the nose and they bleed very easily even on temperature changes, minor trauma.
just apply pressure over bleeding area that will stop bleeding.
bleeding can be due to injury in nose, , if bleeding doesnot stop take child to ent specialist .
