I've had small bruise-like sore under my skin inside my bum cheek close to my anus. I thought it was maybe a bruise swollen blood vessels from heavy bowel movements. After a while it hard a hard center and was a purple-ish color. It seemed to go down after a while so I thought it was going away. Recently however, it has started growing again and got hard in the center again. Well, it seems to have burst overnight while I was asleep because I woke up to blood down there. I can feel the hard lump is smaller if not gone completely and the soreness has pretty much gone away. I can't seem to get the bleeding to stop though....is it piles? And if so, how can I get it to heal? I'm a 32 year old male, work out regularly, eat a semi-healthy diet...
