Bruise In The Thigh, Icing Hasn't Helped. Possible Staph Infection ?

I have a football player that thought he had a bone bruise in hos thigh we ve tried he we ve tried ice and nothing has helped someone had mentioned a possible staff infection there s no open sore anything on the thigh but if you were flipping or you know barely tap it you he d down in pain it s hard to you know like to jump stop and basketball
