Bruise And Lump On Shoulder Blade, Had Low Platelets During Pregnancy. Worry?

My 2 month old has a bruise/lump on her shoulder blade and I have no idea where it came from
I am worried because I had very low platelets during pregnancy ( 24 at time of delivery ) and even though she was never affected by it I am worrying my self sick that its not a bruise or something else. It is not black but it's raised
