Bruise Above Arm Pit Due To Fall, Tingling Fingers When Bruised Area Is Touched. Possible Pinched Nerve?

Hi there, I was playing basketball last night and I fell onto another girl and I think I bruised my arm pretty bad (or will be getting a bruise soon) above my arm pit. I didn t realize it was tender until last night (happened sunday night). When I touch the area, my fingers tingle a bit. Is this an issue? did I pinch a nerve? Should I get it checked out or just ice it? Thanks!

Greetings of the day
If the shoulder movements are normal and if over head abduction of shoulder is possible then it's highly unlikely that you have pinched any nerve. Analgesic and hot water fomentation will help

Take care
