Brown, Fleshy, Fecal-smelling Discharge During Urination. Had Stomach Cramps

I used the restroom earlier and I urinated and farted. Something brown and fleshy was in the toilet when I went to flush it. I pulled it out with a tooth brush and it didn't smear like fecal matter. It looks almost like a tube. I smelled it and it smells like fecal matter, but I don't think it is. I'm an active, healthy 18-year-old female. I'm not sure if this is related, but I was also having stomach cramps yesterday.

USUALLY IT IS CAUSED BY FISTULA BETWEEN THE URINARY TRACT AND THE FECAL TRACT.

THIS IS A VERY COMMON COMPLAINT IN THE PATIENT WHO HAVE FISTULA, SO I RECOMMEND YOU TO EXAMINE FOR IT
CONSULT YOU UROLOGIST, IT MAY CAUSE REPEATED URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS.
