Brown Discharge After Childbirth. Negative Pregnancy Test. Bloating, Painful Periods. Help
Hi I am 25 years old and have an 20 month old daughter my periods settled down after about 9 monthws from birth but my peiod now started dead on time very watery and brihht and is now dark brown discharge I had a light period before but this was lighter. My husband and I have been trying for about 3weeks for a baby and about 9ish weeks aho my husband overfilled our condom causing some 'escapes' I had blood test results 3 eeeks agoyesterdaywhich came up negative for pregnancy but I am still bloated out n my peeiod this time was very painfulany advice would be gratefully received thank you tina wiliams

I suggest you to undergo one TVS scan to rule out product of conception or other underlying pathology. It is more reliable at 4 weeks time.
Beside conception/ implantation bleeding, dark brown discharge may be found in vaginal or pelvic infection, old clots and endometrial tissue, over weight, hormonal imbalance etc.
Please consult with gynecologist following above scan report. Maintain genital hygiene properly. Good luck.
