Brown Discharge, IVF Cycle Completed. On Progesterone Suppositories. Due To Miscarriage Or Medication?
Hi. I just completed an IVF cycle. I had a 5 day transfer on July 7th and am waiting for my beta hcg test results now. I took a home test on Wednesday and it was negative but then I took a test each day from Thursday to today and they were positive. On Saturday I had a small amount of brown discharged. I am on progesterone suppositories. I have not had any more brown discharge since then. Is this an early sign of miscarriage or could it be from the progesterone?
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic. yes mam this can be a sign of early misscarriage. you should get an ultrasonography done because it can be early pregnancy with chances of abortion or worse a tubal ectopic pregnancy In the meanwhile take full bed rest, avoid straining at stools and avoid intercourse at all times In case you have further questions you can consult me on health care magic forum and i will be happy to help My URL is http://bit.ly/drmanishajain Take care and wish you all the best.
