Broken Leg Above Knee, Fractured Hip Bone. Given Option Of 3 Surgeries Or Nail Crossing With Treating The Hip Bone Through Weight Hanging With Leg. Suggest Right Option

Dear sir.
I mother injured in accident on April 25, 2013 with motorcycle. her left leg broken 4 to 5 inches above the knee and leg bon also damaged hip bon and caused 2 more fracture on down bon of hip bon. doctors have to opinions,
1- 3 surgeries, one for nail passing 2nd two for hip bon fractures.
2- end opinion is to nail crossing and hip bon can be treated through weight hanging with the leg.

kindly give me the right option.
