Breathlessness, Dizziness, Throat Tightness. Reason?

I get out of breath after talking - every sentence alot.. why? I can exercise fine and do everything else. If feels like I have to take deep breathes in... I am a shallow breather also. I get dizzy when I take big breaths.
We moved to the windy dirt desert area 1 1/2 ago.. and noticed it about 2 months ago . Would this have anything to do with 100 temps and blowing dirt? There are times my throat feels tight also at those times. Sleeping is fine.. and most of the daytime is fine.

the reason can be allergies and mild off and on allergies can have mucosal hypertrophy of sinus mucosa leading to post nasal drip off mucus into throat causing tightness of throat and dizziness and shrt breaths
can use montelucast 10 mg bd
antacid gel tds
bronchodilator syp bd or tds
apply neomycin h ointment in nose bd
seawater 2 drops in nose at night to clear throat tightness
get xray pns waters view and treat accordingly by consulting specialist
