Breast Tenderness. Done Hysterectomy. Can You Help?

I am 39 years of age and I am having breast tenderness. I had a hysterectomy last year but I do have my ovaries. I cannot feel any lumps in my breast and I have been health since my surgery. I have had no injuries or falls, so I m not sure why my breast are tender all of a sudden. This has been going on for about a week now. Can you help me?

hI IF YOUR OVARIES WERE PRESERVED THEN YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE HORMONAL PROBLEM/ MENOPAUSAL SYMPTOMS. YOU CAN GET A LOCAL EXAMINATION OF BREAST FROM YOUR DR. AND TAKE ANTI INFLAMMATORY DRUG, VIT. E AND PROPER SUPPORT. HOWEVWER IT WILL BE GOOD TO HAVE MAMMOGRAPHY DONE.tHANKS.
