Hello,
Your vision problems and neuropathy/ nephropathy problems have arisen because of severe uncontrolled diabetes for a very longtime.
You require a thorough investigations including blood sugar fasting,PP,blood pressure reading, serum lipid profile, ophthalmic examination, kidney function tests, thyroid function tests,VIT D and B12 estimation, liver function tests and urine microscopy.
Once your exact body profile is known,a comprehensive treatment can be started.
You must consult a diabetologist for your management.
Remember meticulous control of your blood sugar levels, blood pressure levels and serum lipid levels are very important.
Along with medications, you require a proper dietary control and regular aerobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.
Best of luck
Thanks

Internal Medicine Specialist Dr. Akhilesh Dubey's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for Using Healthcaremagic,
You have Diabetes Type II, I am sorry to know that it took so long in fact diabetes can be simply diagnosed by getting Fasting blood sugar and Postprandial blood sugar and if FBS is >126 mg/dl and PPBS .200 mg/dl. HbA1c >6.5 %.
Your diabetes is uncontrolled it can be corrected by taking care of diabetes and prescribed medicines oral or if necessary Insulin may be required.

Please consult a Physician / Endocrinologist and take proper treatment. An Eye check up is also warranted to see to check eyes so proper treatment may be done.
Once blood sugar is controlled neuropathy will also improve and addition of vitamin B12 helps.

Please do not worry with treatment this can be controlled and you will improve.

Take care.
Good Luck.
Dr.Akhilesh Dubey M.D.
