Blurry Vision. Taking Warfarin. What Is The Reason?

Is Warfarin responsiible for vision problems? I've had 3 different prescriptions in my right lens. i have blurry vision trying to read on tv or a blackboard. Last night at a play I had double vision. yes warfarin is associated with blurred vision more in elderly.you have to ask ur phsician to substitute it
