Blue Marks On Back Of Hands, Upper Arms, Bruises, Muscle Pain, Headaches. Cure For Symptoms?
Hi, I am a 25 year old female and have struggling with the following for approx the last months:
- blue marks on the back of my my hands, just above my pinkies, in conjunction with the veins on that specific spot (both hands) throbbing.
- blue marks on both my upper arms, they feel like bruises and are on the same spot on each side. It's painful to touch.
- Muscle pain throughout entire body (sticks for a few days, disappears and reappears)
- Regular headaches - only at night
- fever blisters
- I have no fever, no nausea, no irregularities in bowel movements, no blood in urine, no blood in stool, no irregularities pertaininng to my menstrual cycles, and I am on no medication.

According to your description , Your symptoms suggestive of some inflammatory pathology.
I advice you to give you rest to the part affected, take anti-inflammatory drug like motrin 1 tablet with food as and when required (upto 4 tablets daily) to reduce pain and inflammation and consult your doctor for thorough examination of upper arm and hand and rule out any infective cause.
