I think there has been a lack of communication and interpretation in your case.
Firstly you need to find out what the doctor means by report being 'Good' and why are you assuming that you are positive for HbsAg.
However to answer your query since you are not vaccinated and if you are tested positive for HbsAg then it means you got this infection and you are a carrier of the virus.You probably got it through parenteral route like blood transfusion
,tattoos,body piercing,infected syringe or sexual transmission.
the result being positive will remain for only 10-15days.
So i would suggest you should clear your assumption by speaking to your doctor once again.
