Hello,
Since you have not mentioned the values of your blood sugar levels and also the duration since you are suffering from diabetes,i am going to discuss only general points with you.
If you are recently diagnosed case of diabetes or if the fasting and PP levels are mildly raised, then a diet control, reduction of weight and regular aerobic exercises should help you in controlling your sugar levels.
But if sugar levels are very high ,then you have to take anti diabetic medicines so as to avoid future micro as well as macrovascular complications.
Although not against homeopathy,I feel that proper allopathic medicines, under the care of a diabetologist after thorough investigations, should help you the best.
As far as your diet is concerned.
..avoid sugar and fatty foods.
Avoid alcohol.
Consume fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Avoid colas and junk foods like noodles, burgers, pizzas etc.
Try to take whole fresh fruits instead of fruit juices.
Relaxation exercises like deep breathing and yoga.
Most important is to do regular exercises.
At all cost, never let your sugar and blood pressure out of control.
Thanks
