Hi, welcome to HCM,

You should visit an emergency room, your symptoms are indicative that your blood pressure and thyroid levels are not under control. You need infusions to help stabilize your present situation.

Exercise, avoid oily spicy food, control your BMI. Take plenty of water to help maintain a proper BP level. Do not take stress or anxiety, it causes psychsomatic disorders leading to complications and more sufferings.

Stop all addictions, stay in touch with the treating doc. You should do meditation and yoga for relaxation.
Take care.
