Blood In Urine. Could It Be Due To The Abortion Last Month?

Hi im 17 , and its been 3 days now that everytime I go to the bathroom and wipe myself I see blood on the tissue, today i started noticing that the blood was now in my urine. i don't feel pain or burning so i don't know whaqt i could be. and i haven't been sexually active in a while, well a month. and i did use protection.
I don't think its my peiod either beause i always get pms and i haven't gotten any.
Im really worried, because its the first time it happends to me.
also the blood started like a light pink and now its red. Im pretty sure that its coming from the inside, but idk. a month ago i took the plan b pill could it be that ? please let me know. and i don't have insurance either, so i cant go to a doctor unless its really a emergency thank you!

Good day!

I think you have to differentiate if its coming from the vagina or from the urine. Most probably it's vaginal bleeding from the hormonal pill that you took a month ago which causes breakthrough bleeding. How much bleeding per day do you experience? Do you consume more than 2 pads per day? Hormonal pills will alter your menstruation schedule at the same time alter your PMS siNce both are hormone dependent events. If bleeding persists more than a week or bleeding will increase in amount then i suggest you consult your OBGYNE but now i feel it is still safe to wait it out and usually it will stop on it's own.
