Blood In My Stool,why ?

notice blood along my stool for the past two days, i have no abdomial pain nor any other pain... why is this?

This is quite a common condition in hemorrhoids also called as piles. it is due to enlargement of veins in your anal canal and thre would be bleeding on straining at stools.
