Blood Expulsion From Penis, Bowels, Deep Brown Urine, Lower Back Pain, Alcoholic. Cause And Remedy?
for the last 2 weeks i have been expelling blood when i used the bathroom both from the penis and bowel. my urine started as pink in color and is now a deep brown red.my poop is old black blood followed by red blood. i feel no pain, and have no noticeable symptoms that would suggest sickness besides the blood, i also have no diagnosed health problems such as anemia or kidney or bladder issues. i am a 20 year old active male. i am sexually active. i exercise 2 hours daily both cardiovascular training and muscle training. my diet diet consist of alot of protein carbohydrates and vegetables. i do have lower back pain however it feels normal because i do have a slipped disc which causes daily pain but pain has not worsened since the blood. i have been sober for 6 months however i did abuse alcohol heavily daily.

from your symptoms that you have written you seem to have some bleeding from somewhere,the blood passing from the penis could suggest a urine infection or a urethral stricture if history of injury to the penile area.
the blood in stools could be due to you developing ulcers due to the history of alcohol abuse.
would suggest get a urine test done to rule out infection and kidney problem, you may need to do a micturating cystourethrogram to rule out the stricture.
for the ulcer you need to do barium meal, and endoscopy to see if you have an active sites of bleeding. also need to get your liver function tests done with an ultrasound done to check liver kidney.
would suggest you be seen by a physician to do full workup and give the necessary treatment.
