Blood Chemistry Done. High WBC, Neutrophils. Cause Of Problem?

hi I am a healthy 55year old male. I just had a complete physical and my complete blood chemistry puts my WBC count at 3.0 and my neutrophils, absolute at 1338L. Everything else is within the normal limit .This has been the same count in the last 8 years. I have done the HIV test and is negative, no swollen lymph or any case or history of infections. What could be the possible problem looming ahead of me.

Hi,
Nothing to worry as all blood reports are normal.
There is nothing particular or specific report which can give any information about any problem coming in future.
So do not worry about future and enjoy present.
Ok and take care.
