Blood Blister Behind Ear, Regrown After Lancing. What Should I Do?

I have had a blood blister looking thing behind my right ear for over a year now. A Medic friend lanced it and pushed all the fluid and blood out and I thought that would be the end of it. But as time went on it has grown and grown back to what it was prior to the lancing. I do not eat meat or dairy and live primarily a RAW Vegan diet . I juice every single day and wash my ears and body very well, every day too. What do I do?

thanks for your query.
History seems that it could be a foreign body granuloma or cavernous hemangioma.
Needs ENT consultation and evaluation. If so it needs to removed surgically either by LASER or Cryosurgery or Electrocauterization to avoid recurrence.

Thanks, take care.
