Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Once after BULIMIA these symptoms are very common .
Bloating , purging , indigestion , spasm in abdomen ( back pain ) due to change of dietary habit of intestine.
Usually it takes months to recover from these symptoms .
Following measures may help .
1 Try raising the head of your bed about four inches with blocks .It also might help to avoid eating or drinking for 2 hours before you lie down.To help control bloating one should not drink alcohol or drinks with caffeine in them or greasy or spicy food . Also take some antacid and enzyme preparation .
2 Tension is one such another reason , so consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion. As abdominal indigestion and bloating are not such big problems , which can spoil the life , be optimistic and you will feel better.
3 Get up early in the morning and go for morning walk as you feel relaxed .
4 Consult a physician and get some proton pump inhibitors drugs for bloating. As in such type of cases I usually prescribes high enzyme preparation and high proton pump inhibitors.
Hope this information will help you.
Good luck.
