Bladder Cancer, Paralyzed, Non-responsive, History Of Recent Catastrophic Stroke, Prescribed Decadron Post High BP. Chances Of Brain Swelling?

Hi, My dad suffered a catastrophic stroke 4 days ago. He had A-fib, smoked , drank alcohol, is sedentary and 88 years old. His anticoag. was with held for 3 weeks because of bleeding and surgery for bladder cancer . He is paralyzed on right side, 99% non-responsive...can t speak or swallow , BP elevated, on Heparin and is having a NG tube inserted tonight. He was given Decadron over the past few days. Is he likely at his worse in terms of brain swelling?
