Bipolar With Severe Anxiety And Sleep Problems, Depression. On Paxil, Trazadone. Is It Safe ?
Hello. I am bipolar with severe anxiety and sleep problems. Less mania and lots of depression. I stopped smoking 6 weeks ago and I feel like I am losing it. I am always nervous, anxious, trouble sleeping and irritable to name a few. I have tried to stop before and only made it to thirty days because of this very problem. I don't feel like I am going to make it. I have been reading that I may need less of my mental health meds like paxil, lamotrigine and trazadone now that I have stopped smoking . Is that true?
Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum. You have stopped smoking Since 6 weeks . You are facing anxiety, depression, mania, nervous, anxious , unable to sleep, and irritable. You can continue the medicines you are using. I advise you to practice yoga, meditation, reading books of your interest, and hearing music, as diversion procedures. Wishing you all the success. Thank you.
