Big Spots From Back To Shoulder And Upper Arm, Leaving Scars Behind. What Is The Cure?

I am 23 years old. I am suffering from pimple (not pimples, larger than pimples) kind of thing that appears on my back upto shoulders and on upper arms. I get these pimple kind of thing every now and then and after it vanishes leaves a dark spot like a black dot behind. Since it leaves a mark behind my upper back and my upper arm appears full of black spots. i am having this problem from the past 2-3 years. Please help me with this regard.

Hello friend,
The sites of pimples are face, upper arms and back.
So, like the lesions you are describing can be pimple itself , we call it truncal acne. And it usually leaves pigmentation after healing.
You can use tab doxycycline 100 mg night time daily for atleast 2 weeks.
Apply clindamycin solution available as Acnesol lotion on back in morning and Deriva cms gel in night time. It will control your pimples and will help in removing pigmentation also.
Avoid hair oil application and oily food in diet.
Once the active pimples are gone, you can use some depigmenting cream afterwards for dark spots.
So, I will advice you to start treatment and review after 2 weeks so that i can help you further.
