Being Sexually Active, Why Did I Have Cramps On The Third Day Of Periods?

Hi, I'm an 18 year old girl who just started her period two days ago. I have had sexual activity with my partner, though we used protection. I have had a ongoing natural weekly cycle of having my period every month but today, something odd happened. It's the third day of my period and I recently had cramps and pains. Thought it was normal until when I went to go shower, I noticed this piece of flesh, looking like jelly tissue, covered in blood. I got scared and didn't know what to think. What could it be? Please help. After showering, I felt my energy draining away from my body, getting weaker. What could this be?

Hi
Relax. The bleeding what you saw may be blood clots. For now have good hydration and you can take NSAID for pain. If the symptom persists then get examined by your doctor once to rule out any problem and you may be required to get done USG abdomen and pelvis.
Hope this helps you.
