Been On Diet And Continuous Exercise. Is It Sufficient To Lose Weight?

hi my name is Cassandra I am 44 yrs old I am 5ft 11 and I have been on a diet for 8 weeks now and have lost 8 kilos is this good or too slow. also I walk a lot every day followed by healthy eating is this enough for me to lose my weight and what is my ideal weight I should be and also should I be signing up to the gym or what I walk at least nearly 10hrs a week and a little bit on weekends I need help thks

Dear friend congratulation for losing 8 kg weight with in 8 weeks. Please keep continuing this complete exercise or better desired results.

After losing significant kgs, very important is to maintain it.
After being successful we become little casual to exercise and diet and thus regain the weight fast.

Hello dear,

First of all, please do not make hurry in losing weight.
The metabolism of the body functions at its normal rate & any measures taken to hasten up this process can be harmful.
Regular exercise & following a balanced, low calorie diet is best way for losing weight.

If you still find any difficulty, kindly get certain investigations like Haemogram, Blood glucose estimation, Lipid profile & Thyroid profile done to rule out any underlying systemic cause for the symptoms.
