Hi
You have not given necessary information like your age, duration of marriage, cause of infertility and whether this follicular study was in natural cycle or after taking medications.
I presume this folliculometry was done on day 13 or 14 and the sizes you have mentioned are of follicles. The follicle in the left ovary is good and mature. endometrial thickness is also normal. Did your doctor advise you to take injection to cause rupture of follicle.
Has she called you after one week for ultrasound or blood test to confirm that ovulation has occurred
For healthy young couple trying for pregnancy the chance of getting pregnant in one menstrual cycle is 20-25%.

I would be happy to be of help to you. But do provide me the details that I have asked .
