Bad Headaches, Pins And Needles All Over Left Side, Strange Taste Sensation. Done MRI And CT Scan. What Does It Mean?
I am a 43 yr ol female. I have been experiencing very bad headaches for about 18 months. i also have pins and needles mainly affecting left side. This affects my arm, hand, face and head. I always have a strange taste sensation. I feel awful most of the time. I have a small lump on the left side of my neck. I have had mri and CT scans which are clear.
i presume you had MRI of brain and it was normal. This is because in view of your predominantly one-sided symptoms, we need to exclude a lesion on the right side of brain such as ischemia (lack of blood flow) or demyelination (such as multiple sclerosis).
If possible, please upload a copy of your MRI brain report.
Please get back if you require any additional information.

Bad Headaches, Pins And Needles All Over Left Side, Strange Taste Sensation. Done MRI And CT Scan. What Does It Mean?
Hi, Thank you for posting your query. i presume you had MRI of brain and it was normal. This is because in view of your predominantly one-sided symptoms, we need to exclude a lesion on the right side of brain such as ischemia (lack of blood flow) or demyelination (such as multiple sclerosis). If possible, please upload a copy of your MRI brain report. As of now, you can diclofenac or ibuprofen for control of headaches. I hope it helps.
